Pucker up! Michael Ferguson discusses the rise of sour beers in the US.

Sour beers have been brewed in places like Belgium for centuries, but only recently have they started gaining traction here in the United States. Taking a cue from the Belgians, American brewers are experimenting by using local yeast and bacteria to sour their beers, resulting in some of the most unique beers ever to be crafted on this side of the pond!
