Alexandra's "Green Smoothie"
- 1 handful of Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- ¼ Cup of Soaked Chia Seeds
- ½ Avocado
- 1 Handful of Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon of "Green Vibrance"
- Blend all the ingredients in a High Power Blender. *I prefer blending vs. juicing cause you get all the good fiber!
