The "Reef Raider 2" steamed north headed for bottom that was fishy on our last trip. On our first day, we were able to produce about 75 lbs of gags and scamp grouper per dive. As is typical with a new moon, the current picked up and became problematic - running as harder than it was safe to dive in. Because the current was so strong, we were only able to dive about half of the trip but I still ended up doing very well, producing a 10 box trip. Next trip - South Carolina - Gods water. Hopefully we run into some better current and conditions up there.
Catch um up. Chuck out.
