Ryan Lochte was attacked by a crazy female fan (Jeah!) on the street leaving him with a torn MCL. The MCL is a ligament in the knee. It's not a good one to rip.He also sprained his ACL in his left knee.Is there a picture of this fan somewhere? Girl knows how to throw her weight around.
Apparently (and there is no video evidence unfortunately) a fan rushed toward Ryan, threw herself on him and when he tried to catch her, they both fell to the ground, he broke her fall and she walked away uninjured while he hit his knee on the curb.
Sadly this means Ryan will be out of the pool until he recovers.
