Man Banned From Walmart For Loving It Too Much

Joe Cantrell, former professional wrestler, makes Walmart two-a-days almost every day of the week. Besides beingk knowns for his pro wrestling days, Cantrell might also be considered an extreme coupon-er. He will scour the internet, advertisements, coupons to find the lowest price on a particular item and then take advantage of Walmart's "Low Price Guarantee." Walmart's price match guarantee says, “We’re committed to providing low prices every day. On everything. So if you find a lower advertised price on an identical product, tell us and we’ll match it. Right at the register.” Apparently Cantrell took it too far and has been banned from ever shopping at ANY Walmart ever again.

Here's what happened, last week an employee refused to price match something and when Cantrell left the store, the employee complained to management that he felt threatened by Cantrell. They called the local police and four days later (not sure why Cantrell waited so long to come back--maybe to let everyone cool down), Cantrell returned to Walmart and was handcuffed, escorted off the property and told he could never return to any Walmart ever again. About the original incident Cantrell says, "When I left, he turned around and called the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office and said he felt intimidated and threatened. I was upset but never once did I ever say anything – no contact, nothing."

You'd think Walmart employees would be tougher--have they been to their store on Black Friday? Everyone on Black Friday is more intimidating than former Professional Wrestler Joe Cantrell.Sorry, Joe. Maybe it's time to start shopping at Target.
