UPS and FedEx had a tough Christmas this year. Both companies are in trouble after failing to deliver many of their customer's Christmas gifts on time. They blame the late packages on weather and the increasing number of online sales happening in this country. Thanksgiving fell late this year giving consumers less time to shop.
Of course, we looked to twitter to see what people are saying about the Christmas fiasco and the hashtag #UPSFail is still going strong. From what we can tell, there are two pretty clear sides in this debate.
