This year, we don't even have to wait for the Super Bowl to see all of the Super Bowl ads!
Doesn't showing me Super Bowl ads BEFORE the Super Bowl defeat the purpose? #AntiClimatic— Rich (@MFS_71) January 31, 2014
I've already seen most of the Super Bowl commercials, so I'm not quite sure what everyone will be tuning in to watch.— Eron Rawson (@erawson) January 31, 2014
So what's the point of watching the Super Bowl now? Uh, that's easy. Guacamole, jalapeño poppers, Doritos, tiny pigs in a blanket. Super Bowl food is so bad, yet so good.
We covered a few of the commercials in our latest episode of Daily ReHash. Check it out!
And because we can, here are a few of the commercials you should expect to see on Sunday night.
Carmax - Puppy Bowl Commercial
This last commercial, from SodaStream, features Scarlett Johansson and was actually banned by Fox from being played during Super Bowl. Not because Scarlett Johansson is too hot to handle but because at the end of the ad she says, "Sorry, Coke and Pepsi." Coke and Pepsi are big sponsors of both Fox AND the Super Bowl so we're pretty sure that's why Fox said no thanks to the ad. However, Fox did said that they would air the commercial if SodaStream agreed to take out the last line. Problem solved. Here's the full version.
So which commercial is your favorite?
