Olympic great Michael Phelps announced that he is un-retiring. The swimmer will compete in his first meet since he called it quits later this month in hopes to return to the 2016 Olympics in Rio. Michael Phelps is trending on twitter and as you can imagine some jokes are being made involving that one time he was caught smoking pot on camera. Remember that?
