What the crap, Stan Lee? Just because you’re totally adorable and you’re the geeky octogenarian everybody wishes was their actual grampa doesn’t mean you get to pull the wool over our eyes, ok?
The Generalissimo was at C2E2 over the weekend and answered a fan asking if Lee had filmed a cameo appearance in Marvel’s upcoming ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ according to Variety.
Lee answered said fan, saying, “I did, already. I can’t tell you what it is, but I can tell you I do not understand what it was or why I did it. It has me with a girl — a very pretty girl — that’s all I can tell you.”
Why does this rub us the wrong way? BECAUSE STAN TOTALLY TOLD US BACK IN JANUARY THAT HE WOULDN’T CAMEO IN ‘GUARDIANS.’ The evidence supporting our claim is in the exclusive interview below.
Of coooourse we don’t really have beef with Stan Lee. We love Stan Lee. And if anything, we’re pumped that he’ll actually show up in 'Guardians!'
Did this change happen because of our interview? Hm? Nobody’s saying it’s not...
