WATERMELON FETA SALAD
1 Seedless Watermelon
1 8oz. block Feta cheese
A few Mints
Olive Oil (to garnish)
Balsamic Vinegar (to garnish)
ea salt
Cut watermelon and feta into cubes of matching size. Layer by hand in a large bowl or plate. Sprinkle with mint. Drizzle the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
