That time Susan Sarandon & Snoop Dogg toked up

Yup, it happened.  The two are well-known pot enthusiasts.

It's never a dull day on Larry King Now, as the show's unique, long-form style always opens the door for some pretty amazing stories and revelations from its guests!  On today's edition, Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon joined Larry for a well-rounded discussion addressing the 2016 election, the 25th anniversary of her iconic film, Thelma & Louise, and the many "isms" that exist in Hollywood.  It was one relatively random moment from the conversation, however, which stood out as a highlight — and here's why...

Last year, Susan made headlines when she openly discussed wanting to smoke pot with members of the rap and hip hop communities via a  tweet aimed at famed rappers ASAP Rocky and Action Bronson. The Hollywood veteran said she'd like to "blaze" with the two while listening to their song '1Train' — a tune which referenced her.  After the tweet emerged, many were wondering if something of the sort would actually happen.

Well, it gives me great pleasure to officially confirm that it in fact did, but instead of Rocky & Bronson, it was with arguably the most notorious rapper of the 20th century — Snoop D-O-G-G!

During Larry King Now's' social media segment, the Bull Durham star told the King that she recently shared some weed with the iconic West Coast rapper, saying Snoop "came to SPiN for something in New York, and I must say we had a very fun time." Scroll down to hear more about Susan's Snoop Dogg blaze session in the clip below, as well as her full Larry King Now interview at the bottom of the page.
