Ora.TV Debuts Special Series 'Queen Bee' with Smart Women Smart Ideas (SWSI)

New York, NY. (October 28, 2014) – Ora.TV and Smart Women Smart Ideas (SWSI) debuted today the 3-episode special series “QUEEN BEE” a multi-screen reality competition to find outstanding female entrepreneurs. Hosted by writer, producer and entrepreneur, Tonya Lewis Lee, the show features a panel of successful executives and entrepreneurs, who will mentor the “QUEEN BEE” contestants as they pitch, develop, manufacture and market their products in attempt to create America’s next big consumer brand.The esteemed judges include, SVP, SAP, Former Walmart & Chrysler Exec and Fox Business contributor, Julie Roehm, Co-Founder of Send the Trend, Divya Gugnani, and Founder and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital, Lawrence Lenihan. 

Developed by SWSI founders Heidi E. Lehmann and Marci Weisler, the series highlights the power of creative thinking and highlights the power of the female entrepreneur across the nation. With a unique approach to audience interaction, “QUEEN BEE” allow viewers to engage with their businesses by offering ways of crowd-funding to back ideas throughout the evolution of the series.
