A woman in Grand Rapids, Michigan stole another woman’s purse and was captured in a citizen’s arrest.When Mikayla Hull tried to steal Evelyn Searl’s purse, Jonathan Damon stepped in and sat on top of her to prevent her from getting away.She bit him in the struggle and he punched her in the face to get her off of him.Hull was charged with stealing and assault.Damon wasn’t charged at all.
