New Series of surveys shows that Generation Y isn’t adapting to the work environment. According to employers, young candidates lack the interpersonal and communication skills needed in an office environment. Recent grads also often lack creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving, and writing skills. This leaves 1 in 5 employers with unfillable positions - not due to lack of candidates, but due to a lack of qualified candidates.
