BREAKING: Prop 8 arguments have ended; SCOTUS justices' seem reluctant to rule

The first day of hearings at the Supreme Court on the legality of Proposition 8 andsame sex marriage in California have ended with the court looking as though it will not strike down Proposition 8; rather they appear to be leaning toward dismissing the case and leaving in place the 9th Circuit Court’s ruling that Prop 8 was unconstitutional.Tomorrow the court will hear arguments on the legality of the Defense of Marriage Act of 1996.
