Nurse Refuses To Give Dying Patient CPR

An 87-year-old woman died in Bakersfield in late February when the staff of the nursing home she lived in refused to give her CPR after she collapsed in the home’s dining room. The 911 call of the tape was recently released -- in it, the 911 dispatcher is heard pleading with a nurse at the home to give Bayless CPR, but to no avail. Bayless died at the hospital later.
