After a Cheerio commercial featuring a mixed-race couple prompted racist comments, Youtube was forced to shut down the comment section. The Daily Mail reports that some of the posts referred to Nazis and racial genocide, among other things. The cereal’s facebook page was also highly trafficked, with users leaving both positive and negative comments regarding the ad.
