It's a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Raw video, all caught on tape, shows a man trying to steal another man's motorcycle.
The victim had a camera on his helmet and captured it all on camera. As the thief attempts to leave with his new stolen bike, an undercover cop gets out of his car and shoots the guy twice.
According to the victim, the thief later died - and his accomplice took off.
