In Madison, WI a business charging for cuddles is proving everything has a price.
The opening of “The Snuggle House” has been delayed because the city calls it a prostitution ring.
Assistant manager Emily Noon told local affiliate 27 News that “clients will sign contracts and that contact between snugglers and clients will have strictly enforced boundaries.”
That means… no sex!Or at least, that’s what they say.
The idea is the brainchild of Matthew Hurtado of lone rock, WI who earlier authored a biography about being a sex addicted misfit who becomes a millionaire.
