Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has been caught on tape again, this time drunkenly rambling in a fast food restaurant.
The disgraced politician is seen making semi-racist remarks in Jamaican Patois, complaining about added police surveillance, and calling himself a “stand up guy.”
The Mayor came clean with reporters Wednesday morning, admitting to “drinking a bit” the night of the video.
