28-year old Jamie Carrillo was just 12-years old when her middle school teacher raped her.
Last week, she finally confronted the woman, now an assistant high school principal. Carrillo called Andrea Cardosa at work and videotaped their conversation, which included Cardosa admitting to the abuse.
The teacher can no longer be prosecuted for the rape, as it is past its statute of limitations.
