Warren Buffet is offering 1 billion dollars to any basketball fan that can guess a perfect March Madness bracket.
Though the odds for such an event are slim, one in 92 quintillion, it can happen.
Buffet will distribute the cash to the winner in sums of 25 million dollars over 40 years or one lump sum of 500 million dollars.
