It was reportedly filmed last year at a strip joint in Australia- no better place to go down under, I guess, and the pop star is allegedly seen on crystal-clear surveillance footage spanking naked ladies, removing panties with his teeth, and doing some general romping. The video is currently being shopped to a number of media outlets as the seller is asking a near fortune for the goods.
The Biebs has yet to comment, though judging from some recent TMZ pictures, we'd guess it's cause his mouth is full...
