The 18-year old boy from Norway told a local paper it was part of a "punishment" from his "friends." Apparently, Stian Ytterdahl is just 'too active with the ladies" so, to slow him down, he either had to get a Barbie tat on his butt or a fast food purchase on his arm.
The only attractive thing about this is the idea of a McFlurry.
