A surveillance video shows three fifteen year old boys in Florida beat a thirteen year old boy on a school bus, leaving him with a broken arm and two black eyes. The bus driver is under scrutiny after he didn’t step in for help. According to Pinellas County school code, the bus driver isn’t required to intervene, but CNN reports the Gulford Police Department says there was a chance for Moody to intervene, but chose not to.
