A cause of death has been reported for Glee actor Cory Monteith. The British Columbia coroner says that Monteith died of a mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol. Monteith’s family is reportedly aware of the circumstances of his death and ask for privacy. The New York Post reports that Monteith may have been living a double life, staying clean and sober in LA but partying and using drugs in Canada.
