A prosecutor in southern California says Lindsay Lohan has violated her probation by leaving a rehab facility she had just checked in to earlier in the day. Lindsay was supposedly all checked in to a Newport Beach rehab facility for the next 90 days, but now the LA Times is quoting Santa Monica City Prosecutor Terry White as saying Lindsay spent just a few minutes at the Orange County facility before leaving. Quote: Ms. Lohan is in violation of her probation, that much is clear. She was sentenced to ninety days in rehab in connection to a reckless driving case. Prosecutors say Linsday has until the end of the day Thursday to check back into rehab or go to jail.
