From nbcnews.com: Crews on Wednesday were trying to put out a rapidly growing wildfire in the foothills above Santa Barbara, Calif., while emergency officials made reverse 911 calls ordering residents to evacuate. "It's a rural setting above Santa Barbara. You have a lot of homes that are just scattered around up there," Los Padres Forest spokesman Andrew Madsen told NBCLosAngeles.com. "We're coming at it with everything that's at our disposal."
