Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush want to screen for only Christian Syrian refugees.Donald Trump, Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina -- among a majority of the GOP’s 2016 contenders -- want to not accept any whatsoever. But while the 2016 candidates battle it out over whether the United States should accept Syrian refugees or not, Jesse Ventura asks a very simple, ever-eternal question.
I view it like this: everybody tells us and wants the world to believe we’re Christian nation.
Than my response is very simple: WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?
Do you think Jesus would turn away the refugees? Or do you think Jesus would welcome them in? People ought to stand up for what they believe in. If they call themselves Christian, then they should display those Christian qualities both inside and outside of Sunday Mass.
“What would Jesus do?” That’s my simple answer.
Think about it.
