It's time to legalize our most lucrative resource. You’d have to be on hardcore narcotics not to understand why we need to legalize marijuana on the federal level immediately.
There is a huge deficit problem in America and there is a great solution right in front of their noses. It's called marijuana and not only should it be federally legalized, but it should have never been made illegal to begin with.
So far there have been 4 states that have legalized marijuana retail: Colorado, Washington, Alaska, and Oregon.Washington DC has legalized it recreationally and 23 states have legalized it medically.More than half the country has some form of legal marijuana, so what’s stopping the Fed? The Huffington Post reported that marijuana is the fastest growing industry in the US…
Researchers from The ArcView Group, a cannabis industry investment and research firm based in Oakland, California, found that the U.S. market for legal cannabis grew 74 percent in 2014 to $2.7 billion, up from $1.5 billion in 2013.
This same report projects the state-legal marijuana markets combined will be worth over $11 billion annually by 2019.Come on Congress, light one up, kick back, and collect the dough...and remember pass the dutchie to the left hand side.
