Sandy Butter from Texas asks: Do you think Agent Orange was a way of studying genetics?

Jesse Says:

I’m not a scientist, but my recollection of Agent Orange is that it’s simply a defoliant that they used to clear vegetation. That way they could get clear lines of fire.

As far as it being used to study genetics, you’d have to ask a scientist about that. I have no knowledge what so ever if Agent Orange was a way of studying genetics.

All I know is that it was a poison used as a defoliant, and that it got into the water and caused cancer in both Vietnamese and American people.

It’s just another example of the hypocrisy in America. They will use a chemical weapon in war, but will chastise anyone else who does.

Christopher Kulik from Nevada writes: Hello Jesse! My question is in regards to JADE HELM 15: do you really think this is the Government setting the stage for Martial Law in America? And if so, what do we do?

Jesse Says:

I don’t know if it is necessarily. It’s an operation of readiness that the US government has been participating in, probably for a number of years.

I was involved in a few of those types of operations back when I was in the military from 1970-1974 when I was on active duty.

I don’t know if they’re actually preparing for Martial Law. I think they’re already prepared for Martial Law.

Fully prepared.

James Foley from Ontario says: Governor...first off I have been a fan for years. My question is what are your thoughts on the role Canada is playing now in a military capacity. We were always known as having brave soldiers but did more humanitarian and UN work. It seems like we are on the front lines more now, and now we hear Canada's name from time to time in world threats. Do you think the US are pressuring our politicians to step up?

Jesse Says:

You can bet on it!

The US pressures anybody to step up, because they want to be able to name people who agree with what they’re doing. Certainly Canada is going to be used in a more aggressive way.

Look at how we use our own National Guard now as front line combat units. That was ridiculous! They were never used as that in history until George Bush got here in 2001. He wasn’t a member of the National Guard anymore, and then he makes them a front line combat unit.

So you can bet Canada is going to get drawn in and you can bet it’ll be the US that draws them in. Making you a target, as well as us, to extreme radicals throughout the world.

Dave Froman from British Columbia writes: Just wondering if you knew that in Israel they treat PTSD by prescribing medical marijuana. They have the most progressive and comprehensive marijuana research program in the world.

Jesse Says:

I don’t know if Israel has all of that.

What I do know is that there should be no classification between medical and recreational marijuana. The whole plant is medical. Lets just call it marijuana.

I’m sure they’re having great success with marijuana treating PTSD. Just like they are having great success with marijuana treating seizures, glaucoma, and even Alzheimer’s.

Marijuana is a remarkable medical plant that we need to be exposing to our citizens, not burning it down and getting rid of it.

Marijuana is to rock and roll, what beer is to baseball.

Ray Torres from Pennsylvania asks: What do you think about Lee Harvey Oswald being secretly put on CIA memorial wall?

Jesse Says:

I don’t think about it, Ray, because I don’t think it’s true.

The CIA has never acknowledged that Lee Harvey Oswald worked for them, although, he may have been a contract agent for them. They have never acknowledged that and I don’t think they ever will. If they do, then the entire Warren Commission is bullshit.

So I don’t buy that they have Lee Harvey Oswald on some memorial at the CIA. I think it’s someone just stirring up another false flag conspiracy rumor.
