All Eyes on Supreme Court as They Consider Federal Law Legalizing Gay Marriage
Today, over half of the states in the United States (37 to be exact) have already legalized same-sex marriage. This week, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments as they consider a federal law to legalize it.
Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy are considered the deciding votes on the case, and neither has given any indication which way they will vote.
