Rajib Maitra from New York writes: Hi Jesse, what are your thoughts on Kalief Browder's story? Kalief was falsely accused & sent to Rikers Island over stealing a bag pack.
Jesse Says:
I don’t believe it. It clearly shows the double standard of justice in this country. If you have money that would never happen. If you’re poor, here’s the result of what can and will happen to you. So we as a country need to look in the mirror and understand that everyone is supposed to be equal under the law without exception. This is a standard case of showing poor people are not equal under the law.

Rosemary Quiroz From CA asks: What do you think of Donald Trump presidential speech on blaming Mexicans for the bad that happens here in the united states? He says that Mexico isn't sending their best people.
Jesse says:
I think he should go back to 1930s Germany and hear what the Nazis said about the Jews. I think he’ll find they sound similar, because the Germans were saying those things about the Jews during WWII. For Trump to say something like that shows me that he has no business being the President of the United States.

Ted Geeraerts from Florida asks: What is your most reliable pistol?
Jesse Says:

Fran Romo from Madrid asks: What do you think would happen if countries with no tradition of easy access to guns, and very few gun homicides, were given easier access to guns?
Jesse Says:
I don’t know. As gun owners, people need to understand that with freedom comes responsibility. When you’re given freedoms to do things, you’re given responsibilities which for those freedoms to work. The problems come when people are not responsible gun owners.

Destin Hambrick from New York asks: Why is the US continuing war in the Middle East? Is it even because of terrorists anymore?
Jesse Says:
No, it’s because of oil. We’re there protecting the interest in the big oil companies so that they can pump the oil out and our continual obsession with this type of energy. It’s time to move on and go into the new century and get rid of fossil fuel energy.
