Evan Thomas is an American journalist and author. He is the author of nine books, including two New York Times bestsellers.

Thomas was, for 20 years, a regular panelist on the weekly public affairs TV show Inside Washington until the show ceased production in December 2013.

He taught writing and journalism at Harvard and Princeton between 2003 and 2014. For seven years, from 2007 to 2014, he was the Ferris Professor of Journalism in residence at Princeton.

Reed Dickens is the Founder of Dickens Capital Group. Mr. Dickens serves as a Senior Advisor to TPG's portfolio of growth companies. He served as the Managing Director and Partner at The Crawford Group, L.L.C. He Co-Founded Marucci Sports, LLC and has been its Chairman since April 10, 2014. He was named one of Orange County's most successful entrepreneurs by OC Metro Magazine. After serving as a White House Assistant Press Secretary and a national spokesperson for a successful presidential campaign, he founded Outside Eyes, a public relations firm in Newport Beach, California that specializes in media strategy and crisis management. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University, and speaks at corporate events all over the country. This year, he produced a documentary on faith and politics titled Article VI (www.articlevithemovie.com). After growing up in a small town in Louisiana, he left home to Volunteer for Governor George W. Bush. Fast forward six months and he was in the West Wing of the White House as a young press aide to the President of the United States. Less than a year into the administration, he was named as an Assistant Press Secretary. In this role, he served as a liaison between the White House and the national press corps and traveled on Air Force One to over 20 countries and 40 states, working with the national and international media during the September 11 attacks, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, legislative battles, policy debates, and campaigns. He has been a Director of Prospect Global Resources, Inc. since September 30, 2013. He also travels the country as a corporate speaker and contributor on CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC. Mr. Dickens received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Louisiana State University of Shreveport.
