Tom DeLay: FBI “Ready To Indict” Hillary Clinton

The Texas Republican speculates what’s next for Hillary and her email scandal.

Texas Republican and Washington Times radio host, Tom Delay made waves recently after remarks he made about Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. "I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," he said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show." In 2005 the former Texas congressman was indicted, then convicted on fraud charges, though the conviction was overturned.

"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

Clinton is under investigation for her use of a private server to handling classified information via email during her time as Secretary of State between 2009 and 2013. She was required as a government employee to use her State Department email. DeLay says that the FBI is ready to indict and that “if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

The email scandal was uncovered by the Benghazi Select Committee which, some believe, is an arm of the RNC. Clinton testified for 11 hours before the committee in October. Some say she was responsible for the events in Benghazi which resulted in the deaths of four Americans. Donald Rumsfeld recently spoke with Larry about why he believes Hillary Clinton is to blame for Benghazi. “The first problem is that you don’t put people in a place if you’re not going to protect them. And they didn’t,” he told Larry. You can watch the full clip below:
