Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush released a new ad on Monday featuring his mother, former first lady Barbara Bush. In the ad, Mrs. Bush praises her son for his talents as a politician and a father. “When push comes to shove, people are going to realize, Jeb has real solutions,” she says. Mrs. Bush also appears to take a swipe at GOP front runner Donald Trump, although she never mentions him by name. “Rather than talking about how popular they are or how great they are, [Jeb's] doing it because he sees a huge need and it’s not being filled by anybody,” she says.
Trump responded via Twitter saying, “Jeb --- mom can't help you with ISIS, the Chinese or with Putin.” He also said that Jeb “desperately needed mommy to help him.”

This is the most recent development in the ongoing feud between Gov. Bush and Trump. Earlier this month, Bush released an ad specifically targeted at Trump in which he calls Trump a “jerk” at a rally. The latest "Real Clear Politics" poll average has Trump currently at 36.2%, while Gov. Bush is at 5%.
