On this week's edition of PoliticKING, Pulitzer Prize winning ex-CNN correspondent Peter Arnett says that he thinks President Barack Obama’s foreign policy may be "too cautious."

Many people think his 'cautious' decisions have lead to the rise of ISIS, Vladimir Putin seizing Crimea, and the need to reverse the withdrawal from the Middle East.

But in the interview it is pointed out that historians say you should not assess a presidency until years later

Do you think one-day people may say President Obama's decisions were the best ones to be made at the time?
