ROSEMARY OLIVE OIL & SEA SALT ICE CREAM
1 cup Olive Oil
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Warm the olive oil and rosemary in a small saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove the rosemary. Transfer the olive oil to a mason jar or bowl. Let cool. Drizzle the olive oil over a scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle with sea salt.
