GREEN BEAN CHERRY TOMATO SALAD
1 bag of french green beans
1 handful of cherry tomatoes - quartered
Fresh Dill
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Blanche green beans by dumping them in boiling water for a few minutes then immediately dump them in an ice bath to stop them from cooking.
Cut tomatoes in quarters, place over green beans.
Add chopped dill
Make vinaigrette by adding a splash of red wine vinegar, ground mustard, and drizzle of olive oil over green bean salad.
Toss salad - add some salt & pepper to taste & enjoy!
