Join special guest, Chef Jorge de la Torre,Dean Of Culinary Education at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University's Denver Campus. Chef de la Torre continues to educate our remaining four TeenChefs on the importance of understanding the severity of allergies and dietary restrictions. Many allergies can be life-threatening if cross contamination occurs during an experience at a restaurant. 

As the competition heats up so does the need for creativity and utilizing each and every ProStart skill and the ability to incorporate them in every single dish. Only red team and blue team remain and this week, one team will be facing each other in the duel, sending their teammate home.
