In the small resort town of Dorset, Minnesota, there is annual town festival where the mayor is elected through a raffle election. Casting a ballot, (writing a name on a piece of paper), costs $1 and anybody is eligible. This year, in a controversial landslide decision, a 16-year-old carpetbagging tourist defeated the very popular 5-year-old incumbent. In other news, (insert literally anything else here).
