There is SOME history here. In 2009 Kelly Osbourne called Lady Gaga a "butter face" and Lady Gaga responded with a blog post calling Kelly a bully.
In the end, Lady Gaga explained herself. She was appearing on X-Factor UK, found out it was Kelly's birthday that day and delivered a cake to Kelly's mom and X-Factor judge, Sharon Osbourne.
