For those of you who thought Justin couldn't sink lower than being carried by his body guards up the Great Wall of China, you thought wrong.Justin is currently in Bogota, Columbia where street art is permitted and was seen tagging a city wall with "Free Breezy."So not only is he STILL besties with Chris Brown, he apparently doesn't think Brown needs rehab after beating up yet ANOTHER person.
