A new year and a new look for the for Lizzy McGuire star. Hilary Duff was spotted in Los Angeles with a new look one stylist calls "Iced Sorbet".
The 28 year old actress swapped out her blond locks for the type of pink streaks she used to have back in her teen star days. And its a change up from the blue-green look she had last year!
