The superhero genre continues to dominate box offices and television screens across the globe, and thanks to the massive following of the CW hit series, Arrow, the superhero genre has taken over yet another medium: the Internet.
Stephen Amell - who stars as ‘Oliver Queen/Green Arrow’ - recently stopped by the Larry King Now studio (for the second time!) to give us some insider info on Arrow and his upcoming role in the latest installment of the cinematic turtles franchise, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
The Arrow fandom is an Internet force to be reckoned with – a force so massive that if all of the fans were placed together in one spot, they would need their own area code. If Larry and Stephen tried to address every single question we received on social media, they’d probably get a call from Mr. Guinness himself congratulating them with the record for world's longest interview.
So, here’s an alternative: check out this blog-exclusive clip, in which Stephen discusses Code 8 and how he feels about social media negativity surrounding Arrow. Stephen also opens up about a possible crossover event (since confirmed by CW head Mark Pedowitz as "the biggest one ever") and addresses the burning question on so many of our minds: what does the future hold for Olicity?
And be sure to watch Stephen's in-depth interview with Larry – in which he discusses the status of an 'Arrow' movie, his thing for vigilante characters, and how he feels about Drake – here!
