The lawyers for the defense in the Fort Hood massacre want off the case because they are convinced he is seeking the death penalty. Major Nidal Hasan said that was inaccurate, but the judge cleared the courtroom before he could explain. Former army psychiatrist Major Nidal Hasan is accused of killing thirteen soldiers at the Texas army barracks in November of 2009.
