A construction worker was caught on the fourth floor balcony of a burning Montrose building in Houston Tuesday.
Nervous neighbors watched, and recorded, as flames engulfed the entire top floor, forcing the trapped worker to swing down to a balcony below.
He's finally rescued by firefights via ladder just moments before the top floor completely crumbles.
