Craving something sweet and salty? (and healthy!)
Try Haylie's Watermelon and Feta Salad right from her cookbook:
- 1 seedless watermelon
- 1 8-ounce block of feta
- a few mint leaves
- olive oil to garnish
- balsamic vinegar to garnish
- sea salt
Cut watermelon and feta into cubes of matching sizes. Sprinkle with mint. Drizzle the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
