What happened to Brandi Chastain's famous World Cup bra?

King: @digmuzak on Twitter: Do you still have the famous black bra you wore in the '99 World Cup Final?

Chastain: I do. I had initially donated it to a museum in New York City, and unfortunately that museum closed down, and the bra went to a storage locker in New Jersey, and I had to fight to get it back. And I got it back just before the 10th anniversary, and now I thought maybe I should just keep it in my house. So I have it in a frame –

King: I hope you framed it.

Chastain: Yes I do now. King: That should go somewhere. Chastain: It should, right?

King: Probably worth a lot of money. If you put it on the open market to collectors if you're ever down and out –

Chastain: I think initially somebody actually offered some money for it, and I never wanted anybody to think that that was the reason why the celebration happened.
