Cyber-bullying reaches a new low as a 13-year-old boy from Melcher-Dallas High School in Iowa is videod being hit and teased for showing symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD. Parents of the bullies have defended their children saying the boy “brings it on himself.” The school principal disciplined the bullies and says kids have to stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves.
